The first thing I would do is put on a new roof. Then repair the whole exterior. After that, tackle the ceilings, upstairs first. This house has a great deal of potential but needs TLC as anyone who views the pictures can readily see. What makes me nervous is what they DIDN'T show pictures of...two bathrooms, upstairs landing, back of house with more of the backyard.
